MediaTrack(分秒帧) is a cloud service specialized in video streaming and sharing. It can be said that it is similar to Alibaba's Teambition(For reference, Teambition, a collaboration platform, can be used as a free and unlimited cloud).

MediaTrack is optimized for collaboration where you create projects and invite team members to share and discuss uploaded videos(even with version control). But that doesn't mean you can't just upload videos. Content that can be uploaded to MediaTrack can include photos, script files, and various documents including audio and video.

Therefore, 分秒帧 is free, has no speed limit, single file size limit, and no capacity limit, so it is by far the best free cloud service (though that will change when it becomes a paid service). However, various video and audio codecs and resolutions such as h265 and 4K resolution are supported, but subtitles are not supported(Subtitles will be supported later). The server uses Alibaba Cloud Object Storage Service and Tencent Cloud.

It followed the security levels of Alibaba Cloud, such as project permission management and access control such as shared link encryption, AES-256 algorithm encryption, T4 level IDC room data storage encryption technology, and SSL/TLS protocol encrypted transmission.

At first, only WeChat users and Chinese mobile phone users were allowed to create accounts, but this restriction was lifted recently. Now, anyone can use it after passing through mobile phone authentication.

Beware, as with all Chinese cloud services, there is content censorship, and violators can get their accounts banned. In fact, it seems quite common to see an article appealing to the community to release the blocked account (as you all know, see the next article for content to be careful about, 「Illegal files banned from uploading to the cloud in China」). Of course, content censorship is not done by humans (and you can't!), but using AI technology (like YouTube) provided by Alibaba Cloud and Tencent Cloud. Content can only be viewed by the owner and the team he invites.

The advantage of MediaTrack is video streaming. If your PC's GPU supports hardware decoding, even 4k video can be played smoothly.

Subtitles will be supported later.

MediaTrack has [Proxy file beta], a function that converts 1080p or higher video to 720p.

The quality of the result is not satisfactory, but it is nice to be able to quickly convert the video for free.
