Due to legal regulations or government mandates, Cloudflare has restricted access to this website using its pass-through security and CDN services.

Whether it's geo-blocking, ISP censorship, or government regulations, seeing an "Access Restricted" or HTTP 451 error screen is never a pleasant experience. Censorship often creeps in quietly, always cloaked in the name of "legal procedures." It feels like the era of needing permission just to surf the web is already here for users worldwide.

Sure, you can easily bypass this by firing up a VPN (like VPNGate or Proton VPN). But there's a major catch. Most free VPNs lack advanced features like Split Tunneling. The moment you turn on the VPN, *all* your PC's internet traffic is forced through the VPN server. 📖 Extremely Simple to Use

1. Run: Start the app as Administrator.

2. Connect: In the [VPN Servers] tab, find a server with low ping and high speed, then click 'Connect' (or import your own WireGuard config).

3. Add Rules: Go to the [Routing Rules] tab. Type the domain of the blocked site (e.g., restricted-site.com) and click 'Add' (Temporary is recommended).

4. Done! Enjoy unrestricted surfing.

(※ If a site gets blocked again a few days later, simply click the 'Refresh' button next to the domain in your list to fetch its new IP!)
